Zin American Bistro has been the buzz of Austin diners for the past year. Here's your chance to try it out at an amazing price, and in a good cause--contributing to Hyde Park Theatre.

On Wednesday, April 13, Zin will host a wine dinner to benefit Hyde Park Theatre. For only $75 per person, you'll be treated to a three-course meal (see the full menu below), with extraordinary wines expertly paired with the meal, courtesy of Horizon Wines, Inc. & A.J. Hernandez, Seesaw Distributing, and Ambiente Wine Importing Inc..

Starters
Almond Encrusted Fried Brie with raspberry coulis, toast points, mixed greens and cantaloupe vinaigrette.

Zin's Classic Caesar Salad with calamata olives and shaved parmesan tossed in a roasted garlic Caesar dressing. Finished with organic polenta croutons.

Stilton and Tomato Mixed Greens, Stilton blue cheese, ripe roma tomatoes, Belgian endive and caramelized shallot and brandy vinaigrette.

Entrees
Grilled Prime Ribeye Steak with French green beans in a red wine reduction, crispy fingerling potatoes, Pittsburg onions, and veal demi-glace.

Grilled Atlantic Salmon with chipotle butter, fire roasted tomato coulis, grilled vegetable skewer, and sage corn pudding.

Balsamic Marinated Grilled Pork Tenderloin topped with roasted garlic and pistachio pesto and served with wild mushroom soft Polenta.

Dessert
Crème Bruleé With fresh berries.

The Zin Sin Flourless chocolate cake topped with dark chocolate ganache. Served with raspberry coulis, crème anglaise and a chocolate cigar.
